To make 2021 a good, positive, and productive year, you need to get your mindset right. The starting point is to get rid of all the negative input you have installed in your mind during the last year, as it may hinder you from getting you to where you want to go.

And before considering making and planning your goals, you have to be aware of your mental health, thoughts, and emotions.

You can and should consider three important steps to be ready to make 2021 a great year.

1 – Cleansing and Renewal*

Don’t stay tied down by your old struggling patterns

Cut them away

Clean your mind and start fresh off

2 – Install New Ability or Upgrade an existing Skillset**

Acquire the mindset that goes with the ability you need to grow to excel

Upgrade an existing Skillset that aligns with your objectives

3 – Write your story 2021***

Don’t wait to know what’s in store or what you can expect

It’s time to be the writer of your story – literally.

Be your own director

Decide what you want to do, what role you want to play, and who you want to be

*Work with the Universal energies – “download them” to make yourself stronger. Start by calming your breath and your mind. Then take 10 minutes to imagine and feel the flow of energy going through your head and body and how this Qi clear away your doubts, blockages, and frustrations into the ground.

**Start by calming your breath and mind. Take about 10 minutes to imagine and feel the Qi coming and bringing you what you need. Be clear of what you need to feel happy and fulfilled.

***As before, take time to calm your mind, and then you start writing what you want to make out of your 2021. You don’t need to write a book; 2-3 pages would be enough. Don’t forget to consider the role you want to play. Here’s the examples of four roles that we endorse regularly: the Complainer ( the one blaming everything and everyone), the Grouchy one (the one who gets angry about everything and everyone), the Hero (the one who surpasses every situation), or the Nobleman (the one who is there as a guide or a teacher for others) – or you could whatever role you want
