TAKE A BREAK




It's Monday and the first day, here in Canada, where we feel the first effects of the changing from Summer to Winter Time.

It combines perfectly with the day's energies indicating an ideal moment to take a break, and instead of looking outwards, we should spend a moment looking inwards.

Take a look at where you are and how you feel, without considering the perception of others. Reflect on HOW you want to feel and especially what you don't want to feel or be anymore. Close your mind to any pollution that might restrain you from getting what you want.

Take time for and to yourself. Close the doors to things that don't fulfill or satisfy you anymore. Close the doors to social or work pollution or even family quarrels that pollute your mind and vampire your energy.

Closing doors isn't easy, but recall how good and necessary this can be to get further.

Spend a pleasant moment interiorising.
